We offer sanding and polishing services to existing and new solid wood flooring. The finishes include water based, solvent based or an oil finish. We highly recommend using water based for an overall luxury finish without the nasty chemicals despite its high cost.

Sanding and Polishing is a more expensive option as opposed to a pre-finished engineered board, however its durability and the ability to be sanded back and recoated on numerous occasions gives it its edge over its counterpart.
